Fern Hill was founded in 2017 to bring together best-in-class teams across planning, architecture, finance, and construction to solve complex challenges and unlock generational development opportunities.
Led by founder and managing principal Nick Anderson, the firm builds on experience across some of the country’s most notable projects, including 500 North Lake Shore Drive, 111 West Wacker Drive, One Bennett Park, and others through predecessor firms. At Fern Hill, the company continues to pursue and execute on complex and transformational opportunities on diverse sites that range from National Historic Neighborhood Districts and irreplicable lake- and park-fronting sites to brownfield Superfund redevelopments.
